    You can download plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
    , and update via FTP, just replace the folder with new update in wp-content/plugins/.

    All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. The plugins run perfectly and are fully functional. There is no doubt that you can get the current plugin version directly from us. For that go to https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page and you’ll get access to all necessary archives. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

    I’ve checked one of problems with official WC theme – Storefront.
    Because we are able to help only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront.
    But I didn’t create any folder. Maybe you had had this plugin before.

    1, 5. Please provide screenshots.
    2. Theme Options > Single Product Page http://prntscr.com/ewehsv
    3, 4. As I see, you have 2 Home page http://prntscr.com/eweizd http://prntscr.com/ewej80. What exactly do you mean? Did you use 3-rd party plugins in work on Home page and Footer? Your Footer area in Widgets is empty http://prntscr.com/ewemtq, but you have footer static block, please read documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/0_footer
    6. Go to Theme Options > Header Settings > Top cart icon, Top cart icon size
    7. http://prntscr.com/eweq5a > http://prntscr.com/eweq8o also you can add this code in Theme Options > Custom css to change mobile menu font color:

    .close-mobile-nav.close-block.mobile-nav-heading, .et-mobile-menu li a, .mobile-nav-heading, .mobile-nav .links li a {
        color: white;
    }

    You can try to use some 3-rd party plugin, but you need to test it compatible with our theme.
    Also, before update any plugin (in this case woocommerce http://prntscr.com/eweveb) you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

    1. DB was updated by woocommerce, so you can’t correct downgrade version without using backup.

    4. You need have latest parent theme version but activate child.

    This stars is an image. You should edit rating-active.png file and change color via some program, for example Photoshop. Then upload a new image in wp-content/themes/woopress/images/ folder.

    Hello,

    We recommend use child theme to make changes in theme files, but for translate, it is not required.
    Please, provide FTP access and I will help you translate theme with Loco translate plugin.

    1, 4. It is related to woocommerce update, and we will fix it in new our update.
    2. To display 5 related products you need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php in lines 2692 and 2747, find this piece of code [1200, 4] and replace “4” with “5”.
    3. It will be fixed in theme update.
