2. Likely it is because of cache, so please try to clear all cache on site and server, disable cache plugin and then check situation. We do not have this problem on our test site, so seems this problem doesn’t relate to theme. Try to activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with the official theme too.
3. I’ve added this code in Custom css:

.main-footer {
    padding-top: 0px;
}

Theme version 3.0.0.1 is not compatible with woocommerce 3.2.1, so you need update theme to 3.2 version http://prntscr.com/gyxjrs, this version is fully compatible with latest woocommerce version and then update all plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk.

You use old versions of theme and plugins. You need to update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options. Likely, after the update, you need to re-add widgets (Appearance > Widgets).

If the same problem persists not only with our theme but with default theme too, it means that the problem does not depend on theme functionality. We will be able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme or plugins that come bundled with our theme.
