Hello, how are you?

I have some doubts, they follow:
1) I set the top (groove, services etc) menus to be bold (font-weight: 900) and not getting it.
2) I would like to know how to set up a video to be in this format from the page https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/finances/, next to the text “Your Child, Our Future”. I would like it to be shown and not done for min as I would like to learn to apply on other pages.

I tried to do the video layout and I could not, could I do it on the homepage for min please? You can put any youtube link for testing only, then switch to the original.

At first, I would recommend you to change display effect http://prntscr.com/gye712,
maybe it would be easier for you to compare settings of the element on your home page and commandos page to sort out.
