Hi,

On my website all the products throughout the site are showing up without images. You can see this on the shop page: http://firmeza.net/shop/

Each product has an image attached to the Product Image in the backend. Even so, when I hover over any product it acts as if there’s something there but you can’t see.

Please help fix this. Thank you.

Hello,

You use old versions of theme and plugins. You need to update theme http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options. Likely, after the update, you need to re-add widgets (Appearance > Widgets).

I’ve tried to disable and enable W3 Total Cache plugin, seems your image problem is solved now http://prntscr.com/gyuknw.
