Video opacity on mobile - by CATC - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi! Please, I filled a stretched row with video bg, but when on mobile it shows me a medium opacity row; I can see the website bg and video layer is faded; how can I fix this please?

Hello,

What device do you use? I’ve checked your site on Samsung mobile and do not see the problem. However, row background settings relate to VC settings, so refer to the plugin documentation https://vc.wpbakery.com/video-academy/full-height-row-and-video-background/ https://docs.brainstormforce.com/video-background-not-running-on-mobile-devices-2/

Please refer to Visual composer documentation and support forum, this situation does not depend on the theme, sorry.
Also, you need to update http://prntscr.com/gzp4cw To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ . The latest versions of plugins you can find here.
