    Make sure you are trying to upload ZIP Compressed version or do the manual update.
    Also, you can deactivate theme via Theme Options http://prntscr.com/ii7pyb . Then activate it again and try to update theme or plugin. Let me know about results

    To change the content of footer check Appearance > Widgets > Footer
    Also, credentials from the previous topic don’t work, so I can’t check your footer settings closer.

    Theme Options > Footer > Show footer demo blocks > Off. Go to edit the Home page and check Page Layout > Use custom footer for this page > Default.

    Your problem relates to CDN and database caching, so contact CDN support or your hosting provider.
    Unfortunately, without FTP access, we can’t correctly enable debug mode.

    I’ve uploaded theme archive via Appearance > Themes > Add New http://prntscr.com/iuu1cv
    also installed a child theme and base demo content. You can install required demo version in Theme Options > Import/Export.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a ready solution for this. The same situation you can see with a default WordPress theme activated on site. Please check with Twenty Seventeen or Twenty Sixteen theme. If there is a different situation, please let us know and provide temporary wp-admin access in Private content so we can take a closer look.

    We’ve disabled W3 Total Cache plugin and the problem is solved. Unfortunately, W3 Total Cache plugin is not officially supported by our theme. If you have problems on your site while plugin is enabled, we recommend you to disable it or check settings.

    You use a lot of different plugins, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins > clear cache and check site one more time. If the problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access also.

    Please read our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
    To avoid problems with demo content import you must be sure that file_get_contents() function is enabled in the server configuration.
    Firstly go to Theme Options > Import/Export, press Install base demo content button to install products, categories, posts, projects, some pages. Only after that you’ll be able to install other theme versions correctly. You can install demo page in Theme Options > Import/Export, select needed version and click “Install version” button.
