Problem with image for hover effect is not hiding after updating theme

Hi!

After updating theme and WooCommerce I have a problem with the product image hover effect is not hiding is always active!!!

Please I need help to make it work or to not display at all the hover image.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I cant login. Please activate a parent theme and check if the problem will be solved.

Hi!

I have activated a parent theme but with no luck, now the product’s image is not displaying at all in the categories!!!

I fixed the log-in so now you can go to the back end (sorry for that)

Hello,

You use a lot of different plugins, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins > clear cache and check site one more time. If the problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access also.

Hello!

First I want to say that about the problem with “the product’s image is not displaying at all in the categories!!!”

Is causing by the plugin – so-widgets-bundle , trying to load over HTTP, the plugin is probably part of the theme,can you confirm that because my site is https with ssl certificate.

The problem solved after I installed a 3-rd party plugin to make the site SSL proof.

The other problem with the image hover isn’t solved yet even I added the code to custom.css

Here is the list of plugins that come bundled with our theme -https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/external_plugins
Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support (check the item support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy )

The other problem with the image hover isn’t solved yet even I added the code to custom.css

if you want to disable the swap, go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Product Image Hover > Disable
