Dear,

I do not know what was in last update but everything pmessed up since that time.
I have problem with instagram widget. Since update it doesn’t want to show picture.

Please can you solve this issue.

Hello,

We’ve sent wp-instagram-widget.php file to your registration email.
You need to replace this file in xstore/framework/widgets/ folder and wait for 2 hours when instagram cache will be updated.

The file should be replaced via FTP, so if you need help, please provide FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).

Did you click on “Purge All Caches” – https://prnt.sc/irlzzq ? Also, try to check the Instagram on another device.

also @ben, I checked your website yesterday and instagram feed is showing on your website’s footer. check this: https://prnt.sc/irxvb9
Its just cache issue at your end, you should restart the internet device or clear the browser’s cache or try to check it into another browser. but you don’t need to worry about it.
Sharing just for help.

The problem is it’s not showing the pictures i have in instagram.

Look at this link: https://www.instagram.com/mycbdstore.online/
I have 4 pictures but pluggin show only 2.

I do not get what can happen. It showing only 2 pictures who was adding before update and now when i add new one it doesn’t want to show them.

This is widget settings in WP Dashboard. I am not EightTheme member but just helping you. I also purchased this xStore and I will happily help you through screenshots, if you like. you can add me on skype. My skype ID is “rayan.arts”

I am going to put a screenshot here so you can see the setting, that may help you.

Please see the red circled sections on the screenshot. also check what is the number of photos there. if it is 2 then set it to show 4 or greater than 4 to show all pictures from instagram.
