Image size you can manage in Settings > Media. Don’t forget to Regenerate thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ after changing image settings.
Also, check Blog settings in Theme Options.

By default, there is no possibility to change this text via Theme Options. You may change it via translation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for woopress theme). Have you deleted “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files, before uploading theme files? If not, open theme folder via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder then upload the new woocommerce folder from the latest theme package (can be downloaded on ThemeForest).
