What Woocommerce version do you use? If you use the latest version of WC plugin, you need to update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ If the problem won’t be solved after the update, try to disable 3rd-party plugins.

Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.
Also, contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check error log if there are any notices regarding that error. Perhaps some PHP values need to be increased.
