Theme Options > Header Types. Do not forget to clear cache before checking the result.

By default, there is no possibility to change this text via Theme Options. You may change it via translation http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation (the same for woopress theme). Create English translation and just change the necessary string to what you need http://prntscr.com/jqzyca > http://prntscr.com/jqzyl5
Or you can edit header structure in header-structure file (/wp-content/themes/woopress/headers).

I’ve created the translation for a language you selected in Settings http://prntscr.com/jr0mfw so go to Loco Translate > Themes > WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme > Dansk > http://prntscr.com/jr0n47
