Loco Translate uses same files, I am not sure why you faced the problem with translation it via poedit.
“Update cart” – you need to translate via translation files of theme.
Also, you use translations files from wp-content/themes/legenda/languages folder, but I would recommend you to transfer these files to /wp-content/languages/themes folder, save the files with your language name and legenda theme suffix, e.g legenda-fi.po. Read more https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for the legenda theme).

3. You use latest theme version but the version of XStore Core plugin is old. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > 8theme Core > click update.
If after the update the problem won’t be solved, we need FTP access to check the problem more deeply.
