In this case, I would recommend you to install Loco Translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
After activation of the plugin go to Loco Translate >Themes > select Legenda theme. Press “Add new language” http://prntscr.com/kbr9ms. Translate strings http://prntscr.com/kbra2l and Save.

Theme Options > General > Footer > Show footer demo blocks > Off. If you do not want to use left/right copyrights areas, you can set Footer columns – 2 in Theme Options > General > Footer. Add Footer static block in Footer Column 1 (Appearance > Widgets) and Copyrights static block in Footer Column 2 area.
