Window lens disfunctioning - by ycs7a - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    When I activate the window lens function, then the product image on the single product page does not display. Please check any product on my website (see private content).

    Can you please fix this? I want to use the Window lens. Thank you!

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by BJ Lazy Load plugin.

    Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
