FTP problems - by morsa - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello!
    I’m trying to upload the Theme by FTP.
    And it’s the third time that these files give me an error:

    extension_custom_column_closer.php
    extension_custom_column_opener.php
    extension_dummy_content.php…etc etc

    attached image with the error of the FTP

    I already test with several hostings in all the same thing happens to me.

    Hello,

    Do you use windows hosting? Contact hosting provider about this problem they should help you to fix it. Or try to install the theme via Dashboard.

    Hello in a Linux hosting can not be installed?

    Hello,

    As a rule, such problem occurs with windows hosting.
    In your case, I would recommend you to install the theme via Dashboard https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/12-theme-installation or contact your hosting provider.
