Provide access to your wp-admin panel, not just user credentials, but username and password that allow us to access the backend (Dashboard), so we can check the current setting and help you.

Hello,
Have you tried to login using credentials you provided for us? To be able to help you we need access to the Dashboard, but you did not set the Administrator role for the user.
Why you do not want to change the role? Do you understand that we can’t even check the current settings?
Do you use File Generator? If so, make sure that all required elements are enabled, like Sidebars and Banners.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.

To be able to assist you we need URL of the site, temporary wp-admin (username and password), and FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass) access.

About child theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/
When you switching between child theme and parent theme your widgets and theme options could be different because the child theme does not inherit all theme options of the parent theme and the parent theme does not inherit theme options of the child theme.
So, before switching from the correct theme (where everything is correct) you need to export theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching. Widgets should be moved to correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.

Here is loop-start.php file – https://dropmefiles.com/mUg9H , re-upload it via FTP into xstore/woocommerce/loop/ folder.
Go to Theme Option and re-save settings. Clear cache and check the result.

You are using a lot of plugins and I can see some changes in the child theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
Also, check how it works with the parent theme.
