1) Your Instagram account is business account type but you connected it like personal account https://prnt.sc/y03fhb .Please, remove the existing token and connect your account like Business account https://prnt.sc/y03f4z
Choose the newly added token in the Instagram element settings, refresh Instagram https://prnt.sc/xd8339 and check the page again.
2) There is no such image in your media library – https://prnt.sc/y03gk1 It looks like the image was deleted by someone, so add it one more time.

We can help you with the child theme renaming. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
If you rename the parent theme, autoupdate option won’t work for you. Original parent theme name required for the autoupdate.
I would recommend you White Label Branding plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/white-label-branding-plugin/ , to change information about the XStore in your dashboard.
