Can you help me identify and change this field in the WooCommerce checkout?

Dear support
I have a problem idenfifying a field in my WooCommece checkout (see screen dump).
I would like to assign it to a mail when I receive orders and I would like to change the default text. I hope you can help.

Hello,

I would recommend you to contact WooCommerce plugin support about this.
As I can see the text is translated there, so you can just edit the translation of WC plugin.
