Theme Preview Not Showing - by Markie - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am getting this error:
It looks like the webpage at https://www.tradex100.net/?customize_changeset_uuid=a7d31069-588d-4bf1-86b7-b369f7d54a76&customize_theme=xstore-child&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0&customize_autosaved=on might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

but when i deactivate x store core plugin.. preview is showing but but not as it should be.. like with error… ofcourse because the x store core is deactivated.. but when i activate it.. preview is not showing again…

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Do you mean that Appearance > Customize can’t be opened?
Please contact your hosting provider and ask server error log. Reply back here with the information, and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
