You need to create translation for Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > find and translate strings.
Please check how it works when Storefront (default WC theme) is activated on your site.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
Provide us with a video of the problem, URL, and temporary wp-admin access.

As you can see, there is no such error on our demo.
Did you make changes in theme files?
To find out the reason for the problem we need to disable all 3rd party plugins and maybe doing other tests. If your site is live, create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Hello,
When the Subscriptions plugin is disabled the problem disappears?
Did you make changes in theme files?
Unfortunately, we have to remove logging with FB/Google on the checkout page from our theme because WooCommerce made some updates and it does not allow redirects on the checkout page.
You can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ maybe this will be solved in future.

2) Appearance > Menus > Screen Options > Enable Product categories, then you will be able to add categories to the menu directly.

WooCommerce comes with a variety of sorting options. By default, the sort order for your products is “Custom Ordering + Name”.
