Hi. I need a little help: I’d updated Theme and xcore but now, Fake popup, doesn’t save the changes. Ex: It’s impossible to change the location or activate/deactivate a option because when I save, all looks ok, but if I exit and re-enter in the page setting all is returned on default setting and content. Do you have a solution please?

Please provide URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in general message area because all the visitors have access to that information! Use the Private content area http://prntscr.com/10guf2p to provide private info.

I do not see an FTP password, please provide it.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then. One of the additional plugins may cause the problem with saving settings of Fake popup.
