Problem with shop Layout - by Antonio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

After installing the files from the second link from the ThemeForest.net site :

many shop layouts don’t work and some features that are visible on the ThemeForest.net site in the version I bought don’t work:

single product layout don’t work;

I think the installation I downloaded from the ThemeForest.net site doesn’t work. Please can you send me a working installation like the one I saw in the preview of the ThemeForest.net site.

I bought other templates from ThrmrForest and every time I had to get the supports fixed, so often the archives and installation files don’t work.
In this particular case there are pages missing that in the demo version on ThemeForest.net work very well.
Mine was an observation of the facts.
Please can you solve it by sending me the right package?

Problem caused by WooLentor – WooCommerce Elementor Addons + Builder plugin. When the plugin is deactivated, it works fine – https://prnt.sc/10cwvkz I suppose the plugin does not work with the XStore custom gallery, so if you want to use this plugin you need to use the default WooCommerce gallery. Follow the steps described here https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/97-support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin

What exactly pages are missing? Provide URLs from the demo, and we will check/add it to your site.

The Theme does not work there is a lack of options and pages are missing, even product pages.
I bought an empty box, you send me the complete template as I saw on the ThemeForest.net website or I will contact the authorities

I have tried both installation solutions

the first has made an error package the second, which is online now is not complete and works badly all the shop layouts return page not found,
please try it yourself on my site and install a working version.

If you try to click on SHOP —- without sidebar the page is not available

Hello,

The images that you provided are broken. Anyway if you want to disable the sidebar on the shop page go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > choose the layout without sidebar.

To edit the Mega menu go to Static blocks > edit it using Elementor and change the demo links to the real one.
