Installation problem - by Antonio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I bought XStore from https://themeforest.net/, if I try to install it it gives me the following error.

The package cannot be installed. The style.css style sheet is missing from the theme.
Theme installation failed.

As it was paid I would like to have all the files otherwise you could give me back the money.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

You are trying to install wrong archive (full package instead WP theme only). Read the post and follow the instructions https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

The Theme does not work there is a lack of options and pages are missing, even product pages.
I bought an empty box, you send me the complete template as I saw on the ThemeForest.net website or I will contact the authorities

Hello,

I’m sorry but our theme is not empty. Did you saw the number of options under XStore > Theme Options? I suppose you just did not check that. Provide us with link to your site and explain in more detail what pages are missing.

The files I downloaded from your site are not loading. Style file is missing error.

If you get ”Stylesheet is missing” error then you trying to install the wrong archive check the post – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
