I want to change the text in red frame to Thai language, I have to go straight to edit it.

Hello,

You need to translate the Core plugin, as you did for the theme.
Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > find and translate strings.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

Install Loco Translate plugin. After that go to Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin > Sync translation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update and translate the menu string.
