Theme Options > Header builder > Secondary menu > Remove Spacing On Sides > Off

Also, you need to update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ . Do not update Core plugin before the theme update, next time.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position On Category Page > Disable. Go to edit Categories > add content into Description area of category. Change posibiotn of that Description via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position

Hi,

Mentioned settings should give the desired result for variable and simple products.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how add to cart works for simple products then.

I can see the white bacground color of the top header on your site while search products. If you cleared cache of browser, try to check how it works in incognito window of the browser or via other browser/device.

GTMetrix changed its testing system, and all the sites that had A, B scores get C, E or F. Try to test your site here – https://tools.pingdom.com/
Every additional element on the page increases the dom structure. To reduce it remove the elements, there is no other way, unfortunately (for example limit the number of products in the slider, or remove some elements etc).
