Hello,
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check it more deeply.
Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Check translation of XStore Core plugin.
You can install the Loco, edit translation and then disable and delete the plugin.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, to get further assistance.

We are not sure why it doesn’t work for you. Such situation can be caused by a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or maybe something from the server side causes it. We can help you with the import manually, just provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

Hello,
1/ The Shop page is the default catalog page for products. It can’t be imported. Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce and change settings depends on your needs.
2/ The problem is caused by your custom changes in files – https://prnt.sc/1rjtny4 of parent theme. If you want to make changes, do them via child theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/
Please note that we are not responsible for your custom changes.
Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. For example – theme_mods_xstore-child > http://prntscr.com/szhrk6http://prntscr.com/101tyo7 After that go back to the String Translation section and translate necessary content – http://prntscr.com/szhs2y
It requests additional customization in files, which is not included in our basic support.

Create static block with the desired content, then add it using shortcode into Category description. Select “Shop Page Banner Position” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout
