Hey guys, somehow the variation swatches just work on some products.

You are using an additional plugin for “check mark”, we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

I am not using a third party Plugin for variation swatches
Thank you, I decided to disable the swatches from xtheme.
Somehow I realized that many products lead to a white website, can you tell me what’s wrong here? Example https://hediyelerim.de/produkt/tamam-fes-herren-shirt/
Page of the mentioned page is not white. Is it solved? Clear cache and check now.

Does the product work when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
