    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and it is not slow, at first sight. However, I would recommend you to follow this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website
https://tools.pingdom.com/#5ee1e7f1a8400000https://gyazo.com/b4bf5c7f1ed863c3b4944721193f86a5https://kinsta.com/blog/make-fewer-http-requests/ Page size 9.1 MB is very large, you need to optimize images, for example – https://gyazo.com/2313826ab6984ccbd113dcc5c6985ae9

    Hello,

You are using an additional plugin that causes the problem. That plugin changes img tag to picture, once you disable that plugin or a particular option of it, all should be fine. Check your plugins, please.

On one site we can see the next errors in the browser console, but there are no errors on the second site – https://gyazo.com/ece0be73c8ea76c5dc83dcc5cb53b6ea
Please do the next on site with the problem:
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then.

In this case, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to both sites, so we can check it more deeply.

    What about FTP access?
Before providing them, check one more thing: Edit page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable http://i.prntscr.com/LaTcdLASTPqlWt-6ejim-w.png Then clear cache and check the zoom.

We need to enable wp debug mode and do some changes/tests in files to troubleshoot the problem.
I will be able to sent the problem to our developers, once get FTP access. Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know what FTP is.
    Waiting for your reply.

    Hello,

1/ Error from the browser console was fixed.
2/ https://prnt.sc/1re6ztx – contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value.
3/Thanks for FTP access. What is path to the theme folder?
4/ As we can see, WPBakery and Elementor plugins are activated on your site. We would recommend you to disable one of them, because using 2 editors to edit same content will cause a mess. Every plugin loads own styles and scripts, it slows down site a bit.

2 I deactivate the wpbakery page builder
