When you type the URL, it doesn’t take you directly to homepage

Hello Sir,
When you type in the URL (in incognito window or new user open site for the first time), it doesn’t take you directly to homepage unless you click on homepage/الرئيسية

It open https://ellithyxpress.com/en/home-default-english/ till you click الرئيسية !

We checked the site’s setting –> reading and found the correct front page chosen!

Also the link for the front page الرئيسية in Appearance –> menus is correct https://ellithyxpress.com/

So why this happen please?

Please note that we moved site to live and its link is https://ellithyxpress.com/ and you can login by the same credentials you have but just update domain name, but please check it in staging first, it has the same issue and please confirm with us before applying your fix to live site

Hello Rose,

Yes it exist, we activated default twenty twenty-one theme and issue still persist

Hello,

It means the situation is independent of the theme, so we (theme support) can’t help you.
I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to get assistance.
