After each update I am terrified of finding nasty surprises.

This time the “Products” sliders have completely disappeared from the homepage without having made any changes to the page.

First of all Elementor does not start but I have to start its safe mode.

Also when I try to open the page with Elementor to check what is wrong, several of your widgets are missing from the sidebar (maybe this is due to Elementor Safe Mode?)

    Help me, please.
I can not worry about this site which often disappears elements or sections.

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for problems.

Did you make changes in theme files?

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Regards

The problem persists despite having done these things, as advised by you:

    1. I tried to disable all plugins except:
    – Elementor
    – WooCommerce
    – XStore Core
I have cleared the cache but the problem persists.

    2. I also turned on WordPress debug mode but no errors appeared.

The “Products” sliders have completely disappeared.

    Please, help me!

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. Provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Hello,

Check the product sliders now, please.
Also, go to XStore > Authorization APIs > generate your token and re-choose the Instagram account in the Instagram element settings on the home page.

    Regards

Everything seems to be working fine now.
What kind of problem was there?

    Thanks!
