We need to make changes in template files if you want to disable our FB option at all and then test our changes with additional plugin that you use. But how can’t do this without FTP?

Hello,

I’m not sure that understand your actions to install that home page, that’s why I’ll explain you how to import it and set as Home page step by step:
1) Go to Theme Options > Import/Export > scroll down to the section with Additional Pages import and find Home Flat in drop-down http://prntscr.com/cx4orv
2) Once you import the page go to Pages > All > find your Flat Home page and you may edit it.
3) If you want to make this page as Front page, go to Settings > Reading > and choose it http://prntscr.com/cx4ppr Save settings.

1) What version of our theme do you use? Please, update theme to latest version. After that provide temporary admin panel and FTP access. This is some unknown message.

Hello,

If you removed Shop page you need just to go to Pages > add new and create Shop page. After that go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and choose your Shop page from the the drop-down.

WooCommerce doesn’t have the option to create a few shop pages. You may create pages and display products the using 8theme Products VC element but you won’t be able to use WooCommerce filter widgets. This is how WooCommerce works. If users should press on menu item and see items from the specific category I would recommend you just add that category into menu http://www.flyingpixel.co.uk/flying-pixel-help/wordpress-help/woocommerce/adding-a-woocommerce-product-category-to-a-menu.html

I don’t see problem with your site http://prntscr.com/cwqwnm and real Instagram http://prntscr.com/cwqwy1 I see the same images. But keep in mind Instagram needs a few hours to refresh images on your site, it uses cache and send 1 request within few hours.

Yes, for me everything works fine. I have added test text block on your home page, you may check. Try editing in the incognito window. Also, try another browser, maybe even another PC.

You can do this by additional customization (etheme_loader function in xstore/framework/template-elements.php), there you’ll find svg animation that we use http://prntscr.com/cwqf3d
Use child theme functions.php to change this function.

The same situation for the shop page http://prntscr.com/cwqcyj
You should create shop page and choose it in WooCommerce settings.

Hello,

What browser do you use? I can’t replicate your problem.
Please, go to Appearance > Themes > enable WooCommerce official theme Storefront and check your checkout. Do you have the problem with information?

Also, I would recommend you to update theme and all the included plugins to the latest versions. After that follow the instructions from this post https://www.8theme.com/topic/stripe-and-update-problem/#post-143383 and replace the file.

Don’t forget to backup your files and DB before theme and plugins update.
