    Hi I already done what I could to try to fix the yellow chair on my shop that is seems larger and bigger than all the rest. I tried resizing and i still see an issue. What is the problem ? Here is the link http://technisportchairs.com/shop/

    Hello,

    The yellow image has a smaller width than all the other images. Try to change image and make it 839px width instead of 742px.

    Hello,

    Use Private Content area to post your credentials!
    You are using the following image for the hover http://prntscr.com/cseum9
    But it should be different http://prntscr.com/cseuyt if you want to have image like all the others.
    The same situation with featured image.
    Check now.

    Our theme don’t have options for the PayPal, so you need to check if problem appears with our theme only or with default Storefront theme too. We’ll be able to help you if problem appears with our theme only.

    I am having a problem when after I made a test order, it showed on the woocommerce orders as processing. I didnt receieve any email from the “buyer” or seller. And the paypal account linked (braintree) did not receive the payment. What is going on?

    Hello,

    Try to enable default WooCommerce theme – Storefront – and test order process again. If you have the same problems then check WooCommerce payment and email settings https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

    Reply back in case your problem persists with our theme only and provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

    I got it solved. Thanks. Now the issue is, when I did the test email, emails were arriving not so fast. 2 hours later to customer and to the business. Can those order confirmation emails be received faster?

    Contact with your hosting provider. It is not related to theme settings.

    i contatacted them already about that. and i got it fixed but now it is the customer who is not receiving email and it is because of a function on woocommerce:

    when i go to woocommerce > settings > emails, i see that customer invoice is being manually sent. how can i change to automatic?

    I contacted them and they have no idea what is goig on. They said to contact woocommerce but woocomerce has no way to contact them as well !!! I payed for this theme that was expensive and all I got was frustration ! Never seen something so complicated in my life! No one helps me ! One passes to another and dont even try to acces the admin to see what my issue might be! How can I cntact woocommerce? I need to call them because I need to figure this out as soon as possible! This is my job and its a company I work for and this website should have been ready a 3 months ago! Please solve this as soon as possible!

    Hello,

    I understand you but we are able to provide support for issues related strictly to our theme. Questions related to WP or WooCommerce plugin settings are out of the scope of our support.

    There is no option to send invoices automatically
    Anyway, I found this post http://bassjobsen.weblogs.fm/send-invoice-automatically-woocommerce-2-x/ check it and maybe that solution will work for you. If not then you may look for additional plugin that will suit your needs.

    How can I contact woocommerce?
    And the invoice that you are talking about,you misunderstood. Its actually on woocommerce plugin, when you click settings, then emails, it says below “Email notificications”, when you scroll down, everthing is checked as “enabled” and sent to a certain email, except the “customer invoice”, which says “manually sent”. Maybe if that is turned to “enabled” it would fix my issue. But I dont know how. I hope you understand. If you login to my account, you may see what im talking about.

    Have you read the post that I provided?
    Seems you don’t understand my answer. I told you that WooCommerce doesn’t have option in admin panel to send invoice automatically http://prntscr.com/cw51jr you can send them only manually when you check the order ( http://prntscr.com/cw53rd )
    You can try solution described in the post or use special plugins.

    Also, post your credentials ONLY in Privat Content area! Otherwise, all the users will see them.

    Ok, sorry now i understand. thank you. Theres another issue as well i believe is with cookies. When i did a test checkout, The payment part wasnt allowing me to add the card information, but when i went to “ingognito” it worked. I think it had to do something with cookies?

    About the last issue, it is not cookies. it is something else. I am having an issue with the checkout page. I can type billing details, but I cant enter credit card information such as the number, expiration date, and cvv number. It is greyed out and doesn’t allow me to click in and enter my information. I contacted Paypal to see if this was a paypal issue but they said this is a woocommerce issue and that they hear about this all the time. Can someone help me and explain what I can do to resolve this?

    Hello,

    What browser do you use? I can’t replicate your problem.
    Please, go to Appearance > Themes > enable WooCommerce official theme Storefront and check your checkout. Do you have the problem with information?

    Also, I would recommend you to update theme and all the included plugins to the latest versions. After that follow the instructions from this post https://www.8theme.com/topic/stripe-and-update-problem/#post-143383 and replace the file.

    Don’t forget to backup your files and DB before theme and plugins update.
