Hi
I think ur theme is conflicting with this plugin Woocommerce Social Login.
I have been talking with the support of the plugin for the last days and after all the troubleshooting steps they told me to do, is because a conflict with Xstore theme.
When i click on “Register with facebook” for example, a page with an http 500 server error appears. If i go to my Plesk Panel, it throws this:
2016-10-11 14:59:49 Error 500 GET /wc-api/auth/facebook/?return=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dermaceutic.es%2Fmi-cuenta%2Fedit-account%2F HTTP/1.1 https://www.dermaceutic.es/mi-cuenta/edit-account/ Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 1.36 K Acceso SSL a Apache
2016-10-11 14:59:49 Warning mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Strategy class file (/var/www/vhosts/dermaceutic.es/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/vendor/opauth/opauth/lib/Opauth/Strategy/SVFacebook/SVFacebookStrategy.php) is missing in /var/www/vhosts/dermaceutic.es/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/vendor/opauth/opauth/lib/Opauth/Opauth.php on line 306, referer: https://www.dermaceutic.es/mi-cuenta/edit-account/
What Woocommerce support says:
The second message refers to /wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/thirdparty/vendor/opauth/opauth/lib/Opauth/Opauth.php on line 306. At a first glance, it seems to me that the OAuth file in your theme is conflicting with the Social Login plugin and thus resulting in the 500 Error message. As a workaround, could you please try deactivating other plugins (except WooCommerce and Social Login), and then switch to a default theme (like 2016) – to see if you can replicate the issue? If the issue is related to your theme, you wouldn’t be able to replicate it when you change the theme and the plugin should work as expected.
When i switch the theme to another (i tried with free woommerce theme StoreFront), the plugin is working well. I havo also tried this plugin with many other themes, and works well. So i think there is some kind of conflict with ur theme.
What can i do to make this plugin work? It is important for us that people coming to our shop can register with their social accounts, so the checkout and register process is faster and easier for clients.
Thx
Hello,
Yes, you get this error because our theme includes registration via Facebook too. Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access, we’ll check if we could add compatibility with that third-party plugin.
Regards
Aha… I had puzzling over this same issue… I tried removing Facebook login credentials from the 8theme settings, but it didn’t fix it.
Was there a resolution?
Richard
Hello, @RR123,
User has not provided FTP access. Either he has resolved the problem by himself or he don’t use that plugin anymore. Provide me FTP access and we’ll check if we can add compatibility with that plugin.
Regards
Thanks Olga. Admin login details are in the private content. You should go to “My Account” in WooC and then Account Details and at the bottom you can try to add a social account to see the error.
NB this server is on a diff domain to our main test site that is actually tied into FB, LI and other social API credentials. So you should still get errors from the social networks themselves if it were working. But it doesn’t get that far and dies with the same ‘local’ 500 error (like the main test site).
Sadly, I can’t give you FTP access because the way our setup works. Let me know if you need anything done there.

Hello,
We need to make changes in template files if you want to disable our FB option at all and then test our changes with additional plugin that you use. But how can’t do this without FTP?
Regards
Hi
Sorry. I forgot this topic, because i was in a hurry with our woocommerce shop. We have launched live today, and i had to do a lot of things.
Now it is live, im going to create a clone of this website in a subdomain, and provide FTP details so u can see if u can make this plugin compatible.
Also, plugin Woocommerce Splash Popup is conflicting with ur theme popup, as it is not showing.
I will install both plugins in this cloned site so u can work for compatibility with ur theme.
I will provide all the details in a few hours.
Thx
Hello,
Thanks. Unfortunately, in this case our developers will be able to check your site on Monday only.
Regards
I send u details of a demo cloned site, so u can test compatibility with woocommerce social login
Hi ahumado/Olga,
Thanks for both your messages. I should add that I am a WP newbie (but not a tech newbie).
To take Qs in turn:
Thanks again,
R
Hello, ahumado,
Fixed. Check now.

Hello, RR123,
You’ll be able to see Privat Content area only if you are author of the topic. This topic was created by another user, that’s why you don’t see content of that area.
I sent the file that you need to replace to fix this issue to your registration email.
We don’t use any plugins to change files via Dashboard. Because if any Fatal error will appear then we won’t be able to fix it. Only FTP.
Regards
Hello Olga,
Thank you the file. I have put in the location and shall text when I have a moment.
BTW will this fix be implemented in later Xstore updates? I ask to make sure the fix is not erased by any future updates.
Hello,
Yes, We’ll fix it in our next update.
Regards
Wonderful – thanks Olga
R.
You are welcome!
