XStore Won't Upload - by bizmaven - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have tried multiple times to upload xstore to my site. I have tried with both Firefox and Chrome. I also tried uploading a different theme and had no problem. I contacted support and they couldn’t find a problem. I had them make the suggested changes to the server config. What do you suggest?

Hello,

Provide, please, link to your WP Dashboard and temporary admin panel and FTP access.
Also, describe in details what errors did you face while tried to install our theme?

The words on the browser tab said WordPress Failure Notice.

As soon as it uploaded 100%. it went to a screen that said:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

See login info below.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

It’s very strange because I did not face such problem. Are you sure that you tried to upload WP theme archive, maybe you tried to upload full theme package?

I have installed theme and demo content, now you may install version or pages you need.

Hi, I have just bought this theme last night and I have been trying to upload it to wordpress but without success. I am getting the same error. I have extracted the archive and I have tried to upload the zip file that contains the theme. It returns the same message:

“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”

I have tried uploading the rar file that contains them all as well but without success.

Please advise what could be done to address the issue.

Hi,

I have this problem also, bought theme today, and can’t upload it
Tried FTP it uploads but alsmot 150 files fail to upload and when I try to upload via wordpress I also get
“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”

I have also tried to upload via FTP and without success also. There is clearly something wrong with a Nonce key in one of the theme files as I have tried uploading other themes and I was successful. I have deactivated all the plugins just in case it was one of them causing the error and still no success. I have unarchived and re-archived the theme files but still the same error. I have done everything by the book. I have watched the video you have for installing the theme and followed it by heart but still no success. I have troubleshooted it to the best of my abilities and followed online guides into addressing that error but it appears that the theme is at fault.
Looking forward to your answer.

Hello, @Kireaki, @Andivx,

Check the size of theme archive and increase PHP Post Max Size limit to be able to install theme via WP Dashboard. If you get error “Are you sure you want to do this?” it means that PHP Post Max Size is less that size of the archive that you are trying to upload. Contact your hosting provider to increase the limit.

In case you can’t increase the size of archive you can either copy extracted folder. Tell me what errors do you get while trying to copy the files?
Also, you can upload theme archive via FTP and extract it using SSH or cPanel.
