Problem with visual composer - by qeimada

Hello I’v a problem with visual composer. When i add an element and then click on “save changes”, nothing happen. The pop window design doesn’t disappear. I’ve just installed the theme.
In the chrome console there is an error “Uncaught type error windows.sprintf is not a function”
Please help

Hello,

I checked your site and did not face any issues. Could you tell me if you use backend or frontend Visual Composer editor? What page did you try to edit and what element you try to add.

Also, please, try another browser. Do you have the same problem?

I use backend editor. The problem is in every page with every element. If I try to insert an element, it opens the popup windows where i choose options. I can close this window, but if click on “Save changes” nothing happens. But console of chrome tells me that there is a problem with sprintf function. I tried to change browser and it’s the same. Does it works on your pc?

Hello,

Yes, for me everything works fine. I have added test text block on your home page, you may check. Try editing in the incognito window. Also, try another browser, maybe even another PC.
Do you use any additional Chrome extensions?
