We use Ajax add to cart and it could be the reason why you don’t see notices on the single product. So, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Add to cart > disable Ajax add to cart option.

Also, take into account that copying of the files from the framework folder could cause the issue after theme updates. So, don’t copy whole the file but only functions from the files of that folder and copy them to your child theme functions.php file if you want to change any function from the woo.php file.

Product from your screenshot is created using a Single product builder and used HTML block element of the single product builder to display that information.

Built-in layout that you use does not have such HTML block element . But it has another option like an Additional custom block https://prnt.sc/26dldsd where you can use Static blocks (created using Elementor). By default, it’s displayed before the product tabs but we could help you and show it below the add to cart button with minor customization if you provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
