Customization in theme color not working

I am customizing the theme color its not showing. as far as I change the color. its changed but when I open the theme again it show the default green color. After customizing when I open my website or refresh it it shows the old website.

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and screenshots of options that you change, and screenshots of areas that still have the wrong color for you. We’ll check and help you.
Keep in mind that if you use cache plugin or server cache or CDN you need to clear caches after your changes.
