1) If you renamed theme folder and use any other name but not the xstore you should update theme manually via FTP and just copy all the files from xstore folder to your new theme folder with overwriting. Autoupdate removes your old theme folder and creates new xstore folder with new theme version. It means your old theme was deactivated and new xstore theme is activated. Activation of any new WP theme (even if you just rename the folder WP knows it like new theme) messes all the widgets. So, if you change theme folder name use the manual update.
Explain me in details what menu do you want to create at the left side of the header? Use widget area to add content into left side top bar http://prntscr.com/eilctr
We can do nothing with your Tag cloud, it displays all the tags you have. If you don’t like it you can remove the Tag Cloud widget from the footer widget area.

2) Use Loco Translate plugin to translate your theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ If you rename theme folder in wp-content/themes/ then you should also rename translation file using your new theme name, for example, languages/themes/ileanastore-ru_RU.mo

1. Problem was related to YITH Zoom Mangnifier plugin. Once I have disabled it everything works fine.
2. New version of WooCommerce 2.7 will have such option by default https://www.woobeginner.com/whats-new-woocommerce-2-7/
That’s why once new version of WC will be released we plan to release new theme update that will be compatible with all the new options of WooCommerce. But please, don’t update WC plugin before new version of our theme that will be compatible with WC 4.7
3. I’m sorry but support of additional plugins is not included in our support service. We could help only in case you report about bugs with official WooCommerce plugins. In other case you need to contact plugin authors.

Use special services to optimize images, for example https://kraken.io/ or any other similar.

We are waiting for the answer from Envato about your purchase code. We have tried to activate theme using our purchase code and activation was successful. Also, we tried your purchase code on our test installs and get the error, at the same time our purchase code works fine. It means something is wrong with your purchase code and we are waiting for the answer what exactly is wrong. I tried to verify your code using Envato form and I didn’t get the buyer name, it’s very strange because every purchase code has the buyer.
Once I get the response from Envato I’ll inform you.
