Product gallery image when clicked opens up as an image location in the browser

Hi,

I have Xstore theme 3.9. When the product gallery image is clicked it opens up as an image with a blank page in the same window. I need the main image window to sitch the image with product gallery image on mouse hover or mouse click. Please let me know how to get this done.

Please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site. We’ll check what could be the reason of your issue.

Hi Olga,

I have given the necessary details in private content window. Below are the issues for which I need your support.

1. On Single product page, when I click of the product feature image or the additional images in gallery, it opens up as an image blank page. Basically it opens up the image location on webserver. Please check this issue.

2. I had installed YITH Zoom Mangnifier plugin. But wasn’t too happy with it, so I disabled it.
Can we have the product magnifier effect on mouse hover, as a part of XStore feature?

3. Would you please check if the additional plugins installed by me are compatible and not conflicting with XStore theme.

4. May I also request you to have a look at the loading time of the website. It is taking more than usual time to load the home page and also other pages. Would you please suggest ways to reduce loading time.

Hello,

1. Problem was related to YITH Zoom Mangnifier plugin. Once I have disabled it everything works fine.
2. New version of WooCommerce 2.7 will have such option by default https://www.woobeginner.com/whats-new-woocommerce-2-7/
That’s why once new version of WC will be released we plan to release new theme update that will be compatible with all the new options of WooCommerce. But please, don’t update WC plugin before new version of our theme that will be compatible with WC 4.7
3. I’m sorry but support of additional plugins is not included in our support service. We could help only in case you report about bugs with official WooCommerce plugins. In other case you need to contact plugin authors.

4. Disable all the third-party plugins that you don’t use. Every additional plugin slows down your site. Read this topic to speed up your site https://www.8theme.com/topic/fixing-pagespeed-issues-once-and-for-all-could-apply-to-all-8themes-themes/
Use special services to optimize images, for example https://kraken.io/ or any other similar.
