I have “API request call error” when trying activate.

Provider says there’s version 1.0.2j of OpenSSL.
    What would be the problem?

Can this problem occur when I’ll move site to other catalog/server?

    Regards

    Hello,

    Very strange.
Check these abilities availability from your hosting:
    1. http/https outgoing connects
    2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.

My provider verified connection. They said there’s some problem with encrypted connection on the other side (136.243.62.35):

I’ve tried to activate another installation from completely different server/provider. There’s exactly the same problem (API request call error).

    Hello,

We are waiting for the answer from Envato about your purchase code. We have tried to activate theme using our purchase code and activation was successful. Also, we tried your purchase code on our test installs and get the error, at the same time our purchase code works fine. It means something is wrong with your purchase code and we are waiting for the answer what exactly is wrong. I tried to verify your code using Envato form and I didn’t get the buyer name, it’s very strange because every purchase code has the buyer.
Once I get the response from Envato I’ll inform you.

    Regards

    Problem solved.
API key didn’t worked with Envato “guest account”
I’ve created regular account with the same e-mail I’ve made purchase.
Now I’ve got working API key and purchased theme on this new account.

    Thanks You.
