Remove/reset a purchase license - by roje0913

I have created sites that are very similar by using the wp clone academy plugin. Everything works fine, but it is also copying the activated license key. So instead of having 4 licenses entered, it is using the same one for all 4 sites. I have purchased additional licenses, but cannot enter them, how can I unactivate the license and reactivate it with a different code on the 3 other websites? And I want to be sure I will not lose any of the other settings either.

Hello,

Please, provide the following information in Private content area:
– domains list + license that should be associated with every domain.
– admin panel access to every WP installation to check if the license was reactivated successfully.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t share deactivation process on forum due to security reasons. I need just temporary access to admin panels. You’ll be able to remove temporary user once licenses will be re-activated.
