Slider not showing on product category page

I am trying to add a revolution slider in the product category description.

On a regular page I see it: https://nouslesavon.com/draft-exfoliants/

But on the category page it does not show: https://nouslesavon.com/categorie-produit/savons/exfoliant/

(I copied the same content from my page editor to the category page but I also tried with only the slider shortcode – same probleme)

Hello,

Go to Products > Categories > edit the category and add slider shortcode in the category description, for example [rev_slider alias="slider name"]

It is what I did! If you inspect the page I gave you, you can see at the top of the category description.
But it doesn’t show on the page.

Hi Olga, I changed the role of the user to ADMIN.

Just to let you know: I tested also with the slider of one of your demo and I had the sdame problem. It works everywhere except in the category description

Hello, @joblette

Problem is caused by Visual Term Description Editor plugin. It adds unnecessary <p> tags http://prntscr.com/ehsowd and it crashes the rev slider code. I have deactivated the plugin and everything works fine.

Hello, @Sellejr,

Add the products to your category. The empty category does not show description. If we show the description your empty category will be http://prntscr.com/ehsyya
I’m not sure that it is nice. But if you like it we can send you the code to show product description for the empty category.
