Hello,
i wonder if this is the place to make questions about this theme?
And if not where can i ask for questions?

Hello,

XClean is a free theme and we did not provide support for the free themes.
If question is related to demo content import I can send you the .xml file to import base demo content.

There are some words that i can’t translate them because does not exist to pot file.
Can you please tell me from where can i traslate them?
The words are:
Shopping cart and
Have a coupon to the cart page.

I have sent you pot file. Use LocoTranslate plugin to translate theme.

I already did this,but the problem like i said you is that to the pot file there are not these words to translate them.
So how can i make their translation?

I have sent to your email updated archive of XClean. Update theme. Use Loco Translate plugin to sync your translation with updated pot file and continue translation.
