Please, contact your hosting provider to solve the problems with your server. I can’t either install even default WP theme http://prntscr.com/f0qkzl or copy updated version of the xstore theme using FTP because I get error
Response: 553-Can’t open that file: Invalid argument
Response: 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
Error: Critical file transfer error
Please, make sure that it’s possible to copy files into wp-content/themes/ directory using FTP and then reply back. We need to update theme to version 3.12 but I can’t.

If you check the error message you’ll see that problem caused by plugin ups-woocommerce-shipping. Make sure that this plugin is compatible with the latest version of theme WooCommerce.

If you updated theme to version 3.12 go to plugins > disable the XStore core plugin, then go to Theme Options > re-activate theme. Go back to plugins and activate XStore core. After that go to Appearance > Install plugins and update plugin to version 1.0.14.

After update disable XStore Core plugin, re-activate theme, then activate XStore core plugin and go to Appearance > Install plugins > update Core plugin.

– Problem with the notice on the product page caused by cache plugin, it cached the notices.
– Unfortunately, we can’t implement new carousel faster because we need to change it for all the elements that use carouser – product sliders, posts sliders, testimonials, instagram, single product, quick view images etc. After that we should test if everything works ok. Only after that we’ll release the new version with updated carousel. Unfortunately, this kind of work requires a lot of time not just a few days.

Unfortunately, this is how carousel works for the thumbnails in our theme. Default theme does not have the carousel for the thumbnails. We plan to change all the carousels that we use in our theme to another one in version 4.0 of our theme and then it will show both auto-generated thumbnail image and one more thumbnail from the media library and this issue will be fixed. But 4.0 update will be available in the middle of the May I think. Sorry for this inconvenience.

1) I have enabled Storefront theme and tried to create the account but without success. So, it does not work even with the official WooCommerce theme.
2) You can use translation files to change this https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ but just use your text instead of real translation.
3) Did not face the problem during the test.

Yes, it would be better to work with the old but stable version of WC plugin. I think within next month WooCommerce, authors of the included plugins (Wishlist for example) and also our dev team release stable versions and then you’ll be able to update plugin and theme without any troubles.

Thank you! We are glad that you like the new options. Also, we have added search by SKU, improved brands list widget and added Brands list VC element with A-Z filter.
Try to Regenerate thumbnails to fix problem with the broken image. Seems like WP does not have the thumbnail for the main image. If it does not help I will need admin panel and FTP access to check.
