Try force WP check for theme update http://prntscr.com/f15bbs I’m not sure why WP caches this info and it takes up to few days before to show this.
After the update, please, disable XStore Core plugin, re-activate theme, then activate XStore core plugin and go to Appearance > Install plugins > update Core plugin. We have made some improvements for the cart/search/wishlist options in the header https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/update-history/ so, after update very likely you will need to choose the position of these options in theme settings.

Your server is so slow that we can’t work with the backend of your site to enable/disable some options or even try to install and check the site with default WC theme Storefront because every time we get http://prntscr.com/f151pp and seems server is down.
Please, check theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ and update your server settings according to these requirements. Also, reduce the server respond time at least to 1.5 sec because it’s not possible to work with any WP settings because of this.

1) Unfortunately, all the product categories inherit the Shop page layout and there are no settings to make every product category with the different layout. You can change the layouts for the single product in product settings http://i.prntscr.com/19f81adb22c745a1823e68033ba22c6a.png but we don’t have extra options for the product categories. We did not test our theme with Addons for the custom shop page so I can’t 1005 guarantee compatibility.
2) It also requires additional customization as the previous item. There are options for the custom prefooter/footer for the simple pages but not for the every category/product.
3) We did not test our theme with these plugins but I know that some our customers used additional plugins to add custom fields (for example subtitle for the product) and everything was fine.

Yes, theme version 3.10.1 is compatible with the old version of WC plugin. You can download full theme package from themeforest and find there not just a new version but also the old one. We included it for those who don’t want to update WC plugin.

Please, update theme to the version 3.12. It’s available on ThemeForest.
Do the backup of theme options before the update (Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > download .json file)
