According to TF license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard you can use 1 license only for 1 end product/project. You have already used theme license for the 1 project – korymobile. If you want to use XStore for one more project you need to buy the additional license.

Keep in mind that if you like our theme and want to use it for many projects we offer the discount system if you purchase 3 or more licenses.

“Ajax add to cart” is the additional feature that just allows you to avoid page refresh after adding to cart, so disabling this option does not affect purchase process and there is no reason to worry about this.
