Hi guyz,i have 1 dev website and main website for this Xstore theme,dev web live 4 month ago and now i need change main website but have error “You have reached activation number limit.”

Im delete all dev website and trying to active again but still not working,plz help !

I have uninstalled the site on another computer that was test and now when I update the production version and I want to activate the theme it gives me the following error ‘You have reached activation number limit.’ can you help me?

good morning

I add information I have installed the site in a test team and another contingency, but none is productive, now when I update the production version and I want to activate the issue gives me the license error, and there is neither productive nor testing , I need to have both sites active. Indicate where to admit the licenses. This is urgent I had to go back to an earlier version of my site because I did not get a response from you or found a license manager.
