Hi there. I have jus re-registered XStore for a new site (I had stopped using xstore on an old URL ages ago)but the site is showing a “You have reached activation number limit.” how do i fix this?

I have same issue since i bought and installed on my domain and installed and test and activated on subdomain now i can’t install same error is coming asking for help to sales as well as themeforest they replied as asked to vender but i have requested twice vender here direct to sales but no one helping .

i am not using theme on any of theme , i have theme earlier never have any issue like this this is the reason bought new x store but it stuck up after 15 days .

is any one will help.

According to TF license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard you can use 1 license only for 1 end product/project. You have already used theme license for the 1 project – korymobile. If you want to use XStore for one more project you need to buy the additional license.

Keep in mind that if you like our theme and want to use it for many projects we offer the discount system if you purchase 3 or more licenses.

We are having the same issue with this. We reinstalled the theme on the same domain and its saying activation number limit. please help ASAP!
