Hi there,

I purchased 2 codes, but neither of them can work.

I did use one of the code on an old domain name for testing, but now I need to change it to a new domain name. When I activated the theme with this old code, there is an error:
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version”

So I purchased a new code, but still the same error.

Can you help me?

Hello,

Have you contacted hosting provide to get information about OpenSSL version? Do you use OpenSSL 1.0 or higher? What version of our theme are you trying to activate?
Could you provide me temporary admin panel access to check?
