Hi there,

This is not a request for support of this theme now but are you guys able to add an enhancement in your future upgrade to allow for multiple selection of products? The current options for production selections: single product, variable, grouped and external does not satisfy a business requirement that I need for custom order where a customer can choose either 3, 4 or 6 items from a list of products populated. I have seen this feature in Magento but I can’t find a single theme that supports multi-product selection within a single product configuration. Here’s the screenshot from Magento implementation we had used earlier before deciding to use WordPress –> http://prntscr.com/gn6ry1

Hello,

You can implement this feature using the additional plugin. Try for example Product Addon or WooCommerce Extra Product Options or similar.

You are welcome! I’m glad that my answer was helpful. But if you choose Product Addons plugin you will need to disable Ajax Add to cart in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single product because this plugin use POST method to add to cart and does not work with Ajax.

I just opened an issue with their support team because there are duplicate entries in the cart when I add a single item, I disabled Ajax per your recommendation and no more duplicate entries but is there any downside to disabling Ajax down the road?

Hello,

“Ajax add to cart” is the additional feature that just allows you to avoid page refresh after adding to cart, so disabling this option does not affect purchase process and there is no reason to worry about this.

BTW, is there a way to change the refresh page logo to our company’s logo or something else?

Go to Theme Options > General > Use site preloader > On and upload your preloader http://prntscr.com/gnyf8t
